Unfortunately, we have had to put a lot of changes in place to keep our patients and staff safe. Please adhere to the following guidelines when you come to the practice: -


If you show symptoms of Covid 19 before your appointment such as a new cough , fever, high temperature or loss of taste or smell you should contact the practice by phone to reschedule your appointment.



Please arrive wearing a face covering or mask.



With the exception of children and patients with carers please can patients come alone.


Ideally arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.


Please do not arrive late or miss your appointment.



We have hand sanitisers which we will ask you to use on entering and leaving the practice. If you are unable to use sanitiser please inform us.


Before you leave home please remember to brush your teeth, use the toilet and wash your hands for 20 seconds. Our toilets will be for emergency use only and, if need to be used, clinical wipes will be available for you to disinfect the toilet prior to, and subsequent to, use.


Staff may be wearing more personal protective equipment than normal.


Extraneous clutter such as magazines have all been removed from the waiting room.


Payment should be made by card if at all possible.
