Helen Tottman is our Dental Hygienist. She specialises in the removal of calculus to prevent gingivitis , the start of gum disease and n the smoothing of the root surface to help arrest periodontal disease, the active loss of bone up the tooth.

She will also help to show you how best to clean all the nooks and crannies of your mouth to prevent gum disease recurring.
